State Registration and Administrative Fee
The one time, initial fee consists of the annual fee for registration with the state of Colorado, as well as an administrative fee charged by CareGivers of Colorado.
Physician's Assessment
In order to ensure complete objectivity, CareGivers of Colorado is pleased to provide a network of independent, licensed physicians to confirm your previously diagnosed and current condition(s). Please note, pursuant to Amendment 20, the physician only performs an assessment and verification of your documented, current condition. Initial assessments must be completed prior to your appointment with your primary physician or specialist.
Group/Individual Counseling Sessions
CareGivers of Colorado is pleased to offer group sessions for patients concerned about their use of marijuana as pain management. Dates and locations of available sessions are available upon request.
